Your well behaved family member is more than welcome to stay with you during your vacation. They must be on a flea and tick preventative and heartguard. It is your responsibility to keep pet hair at a minimum so we do not overburden our housekeepers. You must pick up after your pet, and please keep them from "lounging" on the furniture. Also, please do not allow your pet to harass wildlife in any way.
Ferry passes are not included with your rental. Please inquire about individual passes and how many passes you may need for your stay. Click on this link to learn more about the Ferry service.
The house is cleaned before your arrival. A $140 cleaning fee is added to all rental periods for the home to be cleaned after your stay. Please be aware that you are responsible for keeping the house in a clean and sanitary condition. For our longer term guests, weekly housekeeping may be available with prior arrangements, please inquire.
To make a booking we require a $500 deposit (Reservation Deposit) to secure the reservation. We will send you a short lease agreement to confirm your dates. The rental balance amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you book online we charge 25% of the total rental fee to secure your reservation. If you have any questions, please contact Julie.
General Cancellation Policy
A cancellation charge of 50% of the reservation deposit ($250) will be assessed if the reservation is cancelled 90 – 61 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. 100% of the reservation deposit ($500) will be assessed if the reservation is cancelled 60 - 31 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, 100% of the total Rental Amount will be assessed unless lessor can replace the reservation. If the replacement reservation is at a reduced rate, lessee will be responsible for the difference, plus a $500 cancellation fee. All other cancellations will be a $100.00 fee. Late payments shall result in cancellation of this lease and forfeiture of any monies paid.

No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service has ordered a mandatory evacuation due to a “Hurricane or Tropical Storm Warning” in our area.
We will refund any unused portion of rent starting on the day the warning is issued for current guests.
We will refund any unused portion of rent for a guest that is scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation, and wants to shorten their stay, and come in after the mandatory evacuation warning is lifted.
We will allow a guest that is scheduled to arrive during a mandatory evacuation, at no charge, to reschedule their stay during a time period at our (the Owner’s) discretion.
