Detailed rental rates are available at VRBO based on your dates of travel. If you have any general questions, please email Diane from our Contact Us page. Golf cart is available for rent on the island during your stay. All five of our our properties are pet friendly for your well-behaved furry family member for an additional $150.00 per pet (1 pets maximum with prior permission from the owner.) We provide 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board for free at every property.

Sea Turtle Nesting Season runs from May 1st – October 31st.

From dusk to dawn anyone staying on the beach in Charlotte County is required to have all beach side lights turned off, and all beach side blinds closed. There should be no light visible on the beach, other than the moonlight to help guide the sea turtles back to the water.
At the end of the day, all gear needs to be removed from the beach (beach chairs, canopies, etc.), and all holes need to be filled in. Any obstacles on the beach can be lethal for sea turtles.

Pet Friendly
Your well behaved family member is more than welcome to stay with you during your vacation. They must be on a flea and tick preventative and heartguard. It is your responsibility to keep pet hair at a minimum so we do not overburden our housekeepers. You must pick up after your pet, and please keep them from "lounging" on the furniture. Also, please do not allow your pet to harass wildlife in any way.

Housekeeping
The house is cleaned before your arrival. A cleaning fee is added to all rental periods for the home to be cleaned after your stay. Please be aware that you are responsible for keeping the house in a clean and sanitary condition. For our longer term guests, weekly housekeeping may be available with prior arrangements, please inquire.

Hurricane & Tropical Storm Policy

No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service has ordered a mandatory evacuation due to a “Hurricane or Tropical Storm Warning” in our area.

We will refund any unused portion of rent starting on the day the warning is issued for current guests.

We will refund any unused portion of rent for a guest that is scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation, and wants to shorten their stay, and come in after the mandatory evacuation warning is lifted.

We will allow a guest that is scheduled to arrive during a mandatory evacuation, at no charge, to reschedule their stay during a time period at our (the Owner’s) discretion.
