Our Island Homes

The Town Homes - Cruz Del Sur, Dolphin Beach, and License to Chill

 

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Don Pedro Island! During your stay, you’ll also enjoy the use of the community pool, docks and tennis court. The town homes are pet friendly, and includes a private "park style" charcoal grill. Our home is well-equipped with towels, linens, a very nice assortment of kitchen and cooking equipment, and is fully furnished. We also include Comcast Cable wireless internet access. The home is equipped with smart TVs so you can log into YOUR Amazon Prime, HULU, Netflix, etc. All of our properties have an outdoor shower, washer and dryer and a golf cart (available for rent).  Please click on any of the main property images below to open a larger slide show format.

Cruz Del Sur, Dolphin Beach, and License to Chill are coastal townhomes located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a community dock, pool & tennis. The townhomes have been recently updated with new appliances, kitchen, televisions and more. The decor is Key West casual and uses rich wood tones and a sandy color pallet inspired by the beach.
